Plain English, short. These terms cover buying The One-Person OS by suna from sunabuilds.
Who is selling
Anthony Savin, doing business as sunabuilds, East Brunswick, New Jersey. Contact: support@sunabuilds.ai.
What the kit is
A digital download: a starter kit of plain-text templates and small scripts, a written setup guide and a 10-minute screen walkthrough. The walkthrough is being recorded and is added to the download page when it's ready. Nothing physical ships.
Price
$39, paid once through Stripe. No subscription, nothing billed later by sunabuilds.
Delivery
After payment, Stripe sends a receipt and opens the download page. The kit is a zip file.
Refunds
14 days, no questions. Email within 14 days of buying and the $39 goes back.
What the license allows
The kit files can be used and edited for personal use and inside the buyer's own business, for as many of their own projects as they like. The filled-in files (the router, memory notes, loops) belong to whoever wrote them.
The kit itself can't be resold, shared, or redistributed, in whole or in part, or published as someone else's product.
The free safety gate is also published on its own, in its own repository, under the license in that repository. That license covers that copy.
What it needs
A paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code, billed separately by Anthropic. The kit does not run on the free plan. Current Claude pricing. The safety gate also needs Python 3.8 or newer, which is free.
Independent from Anthropic
sunabuilds is independent. The kit is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are Anthropic products, used here as the tools the system runs on.
No promise of results
The kit is a set of tools and templates. It does not promise income, clients or any business result. The safety gate is a pattern guard that lowers risk. It does not make mistakes impossible, and reviewing what Claude does stays the owner's job.
Limit of liability
The kit is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, my total liability for anything to do with the kit is limited to the price paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
A purchase is covered by the terms in place on the day of the purchase. How personal data is handled is on the privacy page.
