Plain English, short. This page covers sunabuilds.ai and The One-Person OS kit.
Who runs this site
I'm Anthony Savin, doing business as sunabuilds. Questions about this page, or about anything I hold: support@sunabuilds.ai.
Buying the kit
Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe collects the card details and an email address for the receipt. I never see the full card number. I see what any seller sees on Stripe: the email, the name on the payment, the amount and the date. Stripe handles its part under its own privacy policy.
When the download page opens, this site checks the order with Stripe and keeps a short record in its own database (the same one as the email list below): the email on the order, Stripe's reference for the checkout, and the time. It's used to deliver the kit, answer support and handle refunds, and kept as a sales record.
The email list
Signing up at sunabuilds.ai/gate stores three things in this site's own database: the email address, the tag on the link the visit came from (like x or linkedin) if it had one, and the time. The database is run by Upstash and connected through Vercel, which hosts this site. The address is used to send emails about the safety gate (what changed in Claude Code, and the fix) and, now and then, about the kit it comes from. It isn't sold or used for anything else. The reason for keeping it is the consent given by signing up, and it's kept until you leave the list. It may be stored outside your country, including in the United States. To stop abuse, a one-way scrambled form of the visitor's IP address is kept for up to an hour, then deleted.
To leave the list, reply to any email or email support@sunabuilds.ai, and the address is deleted.
The eight questions at /os/start
The answers are processed only in the browser. They are never sent to me or anyone else. If "Keep my answers in this browser" is ticked, they are saved in that browser's local storage until "Clear answers" is pressed or the box is unticked.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics counts page visits. It does not use cookies, and it reports totals (pages viewed, country, device type, the site a visit came from), not who someone is.
Google Analytics also measures visits and checkout steps across the site. It uses cookies and sends that data to Google under Google's own policy. It never sees the answers from /os/start.
Small settings in the browser
The site remembers a few choices in the browser itself: day or night mode, whether the background animation is on, the page a visit started from, and a note that a purchase was already counted. They stay in that browser. After a purchase, a cookie also keeps the checkout reference, so the download page opens again in that browser; it's sent only to this site's download page.
What I don't do
I don't sell personal data. I don't share it, except with the services named on this page, each doing the one job it's named for.
Seeing or deleting your data
Email support@sunabuilds.ai and I'll send a copy of what I hold, or delete it. Sales records the tax rules require me to keep are the one exception.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The terms of sale are on the terms page.
